Can I manage my subscription myself? Yes, from your customer portal, once the subscription is purchased, you'll be able to pause and resume; change your order dates as well as order frequency.
Where do you deliver? We offer free local delivery within 5km on all premium and deluxe bouquets. Anything beyond 5km will be charged based on distance and will be calculated for you at checkout.
When will the flowers be delivered? The first Friday of every month, and continued for weekly/bi-weekly
How long will the flowers last? Because our flowers are purchased locally, and regularly they are always very fresh. We like to mix some delicate and whimsy blooms along with more hardy flowers, so the bouquet lifespan will typically range between 5-7 days.
Will the flowers look the same each month? Not at all! All arrangements are prepared custom by us, no two are the same. Our designs are constantly evolving Check out our instagram page to see our style and leave the rest to us!
